- Fixed bug with menu interaction - active state now more like an OS X application menu (onhover menu visibility).
- Moved 'Outline' nav point to 'Edit' for clarity
- Fixed bug with exporting lists before they've been saved
- Fixed bug with exporting a list whilst still in list creation screen
- Fixed bug with allowing deletion of lists prior to first autosave on creation screen
